Please note there is an additional charge of $15/night (per guest) if more than 4 guests.

When determining the total number of guests in your party, please count all heads (a baby does count as a guest).

Our prime location provides unbelievably easy access to Maui’s most popular activities and attractions. Kamaole Shopping Centers and the Shops at Wailea are within short driving distance.

After booking, we highly recommend you consult with your insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the House Rules and Vacation Rental Agreement.

Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire condo and all the amenities of the property including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, tennis courts, FREE parking, a concierge desk, and outdoor bicycle racks.

Other things to note:

Seascape is located in the Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort and is a spacious family friendly complex located in a secluded portion of Waipuilani Park.

Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort includes a well maintained swimming pool, spa, regulation tennis courts, fitness center, gas barbecue grills, and picnic facilities. This resort is known for having manicured grounds with healthy, swaying palm trees and colorful, tropical flowers with direct beach access without ever having to cross a main street.

You will never run out of things to do while staying at the Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort. Activities include swimming, snorkeling, sailing, or playing volleyball, you’re not too far from the Shops of Wailea as well as the world renowned Kamaole Beaches I, II, III, Charley Young Beach, and Waipuilani Beach Park.

Miles of beach from North Kihei to South Kihei is nearly all walkable if you’re up for it!!!

The south side of the beach has tide pool areas – great for hunting crabs, collecting seashells, spotting turtles, and whales during whale-watching season. There is also good snorkeling along several of the reefs.

Garbage and Recycling Bins are close by.

There is free parking for multiple vehicles.

Housekeepers will clean twice: just before you arrive and the day you depart.

We offer a home phone with free local calls.

Extra Guests

Seascape comfortably accommodates 6 guests but could sleep 8, if needed. An extra $15 per extra guest per day will apply over max occupancy of 4. This will be billed separately as you make the request.

Please be informed that the condo is NOT childproof. It is your responsibility to supervise and monitor your child’s activities in your care. Please be aware of the dangers of swimming pools, hot tubs, and lanais.
