Our prime location provides unbelievably easy access to Maui’s most popular activities and attractions. Kamaole Shopping Centers and the Shops at Wailea are within short driving distance.

After booking, we highly recommend you consult with your insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the House Rules and Vacation Rental Agreement.

Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire condo and all the amenities of the property including the two swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, tennis courts, outdoor showers, FREE parking, outdoor restrooms, a concierge desk, and outdoor bicycle racks.

Other things to note:

Sea Breeze is located in the Menehune Shores Oceanfront Resort and is a spacious family friendly complex located on the Makai side of S. Kihei Rd.

Menehune Shores Oceanfront Resort includes a well maintained swimming pool, spa, gas barbecue grills, and picnic facilities. This resort is known for having manicured grounds with healthy, swaying palm trees and colorful, tropical flowers with direct beach access on the south side of the property and a baby beach on the north side of the property.

You will never run out of things to do while staying at Menehune Shores Oceanfront Resort. Activities include swimming, snorkeling, sailing, or playing volleyball, you’re not too far from the Shops of Wailea as well as the world renown Kamaole Beaches I, II, III and Charley Young Beach.

Miles of beach from North Kihei to South Kihei is nearly all walkable if you’re up for it. The south side of the beach has a tide pool area – great for hunting crabs, collecting seashells, spotting turtles, etc. There is also good snorkeling along several of the reefs.

Garbage and Recycling Bins are close by.

There is free parking for multiple vehicles.

Housekeepers will clean twice: just before you arrive and the day you depart.

We offer a home phone with free local calls.

Extra Guests

Sea Breeze comfortably accommodates 4 guests but could sleep 6, if needed. An extra $15 per extra guest per day will apply over max occupancy of 4. This will be billed separately as you make the request.

Please be informed that the condo is NOT childproof. It is your responsibility to supervise and monitor your child’s activities in your care. Please be aware of the dangers of swimming pools, hot tubs, and lanais.
